Kenny,
    The -20 (Appendix F) and the -34 (Appendix E) both have the diagrams. I am not sure if they are pull out, but why not just print the pages you need and tape them together with scotch tape? I have done this in the past with these pages and it works fairly well. It's definitely better than trying to look on the screen.
