Unfortunatly, there is no pre-approval on EUCs,
although it would be really nice.

Your best bet, if you want to "get your foot in the
door", would be to buy something cheap that requires a
EUC. That way, you could wait your 3 or 4 months on a
cheap widget instead of a big green truck. Subsequent
EUCs only take a week or two once you have an approved
one on file.

You have no control over the property until your EUC
is approved and your invoice is paid. I guess you
could make weekly visits to inspect your future
property.
