That's some pretty specialized material. Are you trying to find those
filler materials to avoid cracking the armor when welding it? That ER90
is suppose to require a preheat before welding to avoid cracking.

Unless you are planning on using your armor, you might be better off with
some different, more forgiving materials. I know that nickel based rods
will weld a lot of different high tensile material without cracking also,
and you can buy it in small quantities.

You might be able to buy a small quantity of rod or the end of a spool of
wire from a welder that specializes in high pressure boiler welding, etc.
