There was a lot of chatter but no real responses!
Let's try again!
Can a 6.2 liter engine found in M-1008 and M-1009 CUCV's and early
HumVee's be ground hopped / test started in the vehicle without a
transmission attached? The motor mounts are still attached and the rear of
the engine is supported / chained to the frame.
Has anyone ever tried?
We used to ground hop our tank and APC engines but the transmissions were
attached!
