Hi Dick,
Just use a 24 volt charger. Its simpler to use. As far as batteries if
you want the right ones in there just use 2 of the 2HN batteries. You
can pick them up at a very reasonable price from Zero at Star Electric.
He advertises in the magazines, does mail order and is at a lot of the
shows. A very nice guy to deal with.

Subject: [MV] 24 V battery charger?

Hi, all:

Well, I'm now the proud owner of an M151A2. It uses two 12 V batteries
in series.

I'm wondering if it's best to obtain a 24 V battery charger or just
disconnect the batteries and charge each one separately with the 12 V
charger I already have.

Has anyone identified an Optima battery model small enougnh to put a
pair of them in the MUTT battery compartment?

Thanks,

Dick
