I have used 33/12.50 X 15 tires for nine years on my
daily driver CUCV (M1009). Much better on-road
performance which is hampered by the non-overdrive
transmission model THM-400.
Can actually drive 75 comfortably although RPM is a
diesel's enemy so I keep it at 68 to 70 for trips.
I have always run all terains and no hard off roading
so I have never had to do any fender trimming or
turning radius adjustments.
Get them and you'll love them. Use the same stock
wheel too. You will notice a need for an increased
spring while climbing in but you will get used to it.
