You can't-because there is not one. The is a piece of Corps of Engineer Equipment, and like most Engineer equipment has no M-designation. Just as the CMU-5 contact maintenance truck (wrongly called a M56 by most-its chassis designation), and Class 530C fire trucks have no M-number. The M328 Bridge trucks (wrongly called M139-which is actually the chassis) seem to be the exception to this.

Anyhow, its correct designation is Engineer Model 78-8920.750-100 (no typos there!) The manufacturers code listed is 81336, which is the Chief of Engineers.
