Well, in that capacity are you claiming the income as a business
expense or as normal income. If the former then it falls under
commercial rules per FMCSA. If its normal income (just like winning a
Best Military Truck prize of $400) then it's not commercial according
to the feds. Now, the state side of it is harder to know, as I am
finding out.
