sonny, i just don't see how little springs with 'only' 6500 lbs on them
could settle in 'only' 30+ years. but i think that 1" from the rubber
bumper to the frame is a little too close. does this change the caster??
probably not enough to make any difference at all. does using tires that
are already 20 years old add to the rate of wear? almost certainly......
and does having 3 or 4 degrees of camber add to that? the camber is
easily adjustable with shims or by machining the spindles.
