License Plate Restoration

Gents.

I have a pair of 1972 Texas license plates with reflective paint I want
to restore. Does anyone have a lead on the reflective paint or someone
that does restoration with reflective paint? I have done a search on the
Internet and have not found anyone that does this yet.

I would appreciate any help you can give me.
