I'm out futzing with my @^&^%&$# Chevy wiring. Tho it is slowly making
sense to me again. At this rate I'll be able to read a wiring diagram
again in 5 years!

BTW: my thanks to all the direct emails to me on how to diagnose the
problem. I pulled out all of the extant wiring from the generator,
cleaned and wire brushed the contacts and put new wiring in. No change,
but now I know that's not the problem. Now to compare what listers have
provided with the manuals and see if somethings missing.
