Continental Genset engines?

Anyone know if there were any WW2 or Korean era military gensets powered by
a Continental Flat head 4?

I came across one today, snagged it, and now that it's in the light it looks
like it has traces of OD on it. Time will tell, once I get the pressure
washer out and can read the tags, but it looks like it might have been
military.

Medium sized unit, has 110 and 220 outlets on it, gauges are MIA though, as
are any placards on the front.
