Anybody that has seen the US primary school math test results wouldn't
assume this :-)
Remember that a lot of this stuff is designed to be vague so as to make
sure they can nail someone if they need to. Generally they don't bother
because they don't have the time to bother. But if they suspect someone
of doing something wrong, then this stuff comes out of the file drawer
and the dust blown off of it.
Half of what we do every day is probably illegal somewhere in this
country. Especially the stuff at night in the privacy of our bedrooms :-)
