Use the HF whip antenna with 3 sections MS-116, MS-117,MS-118
and the AB-15 mount for about 9-10', and a CB antenna matcher.

any CB shop can tune this up or you can also use the better
matcher with a SWR meter built in. It's pretty much 'set and
forget' though.
