5ACPMcC refers to Camp McCoy, Wisconsin. I don't know if that is the 5th
Army, but that would be my first guess.

Subject: [MV] Questions about my '51 M38's Markings

I was doing a bit more sanding on my '51M38 prior to painting it and found
some
markings. Since I haven't found some that I was expecting, and the ones
that
I have found are "different" I put photos and descriptions of them on my
website at:
http://www.garbee.net/~cabell/m38pages/m38photos7.htm

It is pretty obvious that this was once a radio jeep, but other than that, I
have no idea of its history before the previous civilian owner...

Any comments?
