According to the newest TM 9-2320-280-10 Change 3 dated 15 July 2004 The
Additional Authorization List has this for the HMMWV:
2590-00-473-6331 BRACKET: water/gasoline can EA 2
The locations depend on which Model you have and from what I can tell from
the picture it not the usual type like you would see on M35 or M151. Hopes
