circulating heater for 6.2 D

Hi All,

ok this may seem like a really stupid question but I'm trying to install a
circulating heater in my CUCV with a 6.2 D and was wondering is the block
drain hole really under the motor mount? is there another one anywhere??
any help would be great or is there an easier way to install a circulating
heater on the unit?
