More than the US. Britain, Germany, and the US.
The Isrealis seem to agree too. The only ones
that don't are the French and the Russians.
No-one else really matters with regards to AFV
design unless you look at the variou spinoffs of
existing designs (South African Oliphant and
Indian Elephant or the Korean M1 take off).
