Dear Listers,

For all you CARC-heads out there, here are three pages scanned from Issue
#428 of PS Magazine, July 1988 which attempted to answer some of the questions
raised by troops concerning CARC.

The pages are in JPG format and I'll leave them up for a few days for those
of you who may be interested.
