I might have solved the mystery as to why Wallyworld local does not have
these tanks and why when I called Bentonville I was told "no where in the
Wal-Mart stores do they sell these"
They sent my question to the store manager of local store, here is what he
told me.... "This is not a stock item for Wal-Mart, they come from Sam's
Club, local stores can obtain them from Sam's - he is going to order me one.

The Walmart SKU for the Stuart Tank is 063874809037. It is impossible to
look up SKU's at Walmart.com a call to your local Walmart might yield
results.
I am a UPS shipper and I just measured the size of the box that the tank
is in. It is too large to go UPS. Maybe FEDEX (I do not use them). It
also has to be placed inside another box as the display package would
not handle the rigors of shipping.
