Unimog 404 Help Needed

I recently traded for a Unimog 404 radio truck, it had been sitting for years. I put a kit in the carb, installed new plugs but it still runs rough and doesn't idle consistantly. I checked for vacuum leaks, is there any common problems with these? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
