Been a while since I have seen how that set up is........but if its like any rubber product, its tight and a pain............when I did my draft pads on my M37 for the clutch and brake pedals, i used CRC's Electromotive Cleaner. Spray it on the rubber and it will make it swell and become very pliable for like 2 min.........so once it starts to evaporate, it goes back tight again.........did my draft pads in under 5 min. A little aviation trick I learned over the yrs.
