Only commercial motor vehicles are required to stop at weigh
stations. If you are driving a rented truck loaded with personal
possessions, you are not required to stop at weigh stations.

I own an anitque 1968 "M35" military truck. It is registered as a
former military vehicle (antique military vehicle). It has 3
axles and all-wheel drive. The GVW is about 13500 LBS. I see the
weigh stations which say "all trucks must stop". It is certainly
a 'truck'. Do I have to pull in there or are those for commercial
vehicles only?
