Not forgetting the famous Pett Bottom in Kent of course, through which
convoys of Bedfords and Austins must surely have driven during WW2 .....
and of course we must neglect Pisshill, the famous Oxfodshire hamlet, where
convoys of GMC's of the 101st on training exercises before D Day also
drove, I think its worth mentioning that house prices would be adversely
affected if it was seperated ito two words once more.....

Hi Doug ,
I bet Seven Mile Bottom could get you going !
Though not a betting man {normally } I would challenge our American members
to find a bigger one ?
Then there`s Dunham , if seen to properly you`ve probably Haddam Cross !
It was said that iron ships would sink , so what chance with Stone Ferry ,
see you in Sunk Island .

Etc , Etc Noel
