Replica weapons must be painted bright orange in
California. Section 417 p.c.

Unfortunately, this was one of those laws that had
"too many" unintended consequences. Our well meaning
socialists in CA. want to protect us from every risk
from cradle to grave, especially when it involves the
evil firearm.

However, they overlook this truism of life...no matter
how many laws that are passed to protect humans it
will never be enough. But, one thing you can count
on, we'll lose a lot of freedoms in the process.

Almost everything in life has some risk, just driving
your jeep or deuce down the road is risky in the eyes
of governement because it doesn't conform to DOT
standards AND that makes "you at risk" because someday
some pinhead will pass a law preventing you from
driving it or even owning it because its dangerous.
Don't laugh, look at the long list of banned items
already. Yours might be next.

This is where we are headed folks and government
doesn't need to go there, thats strictly for personal
responsibility and accountability.
