6.2 diesel fuel filter? Auto parts store. $20. What is a manifold/
heater? The fuel filter assembly is a Stanadyne 80 fuel filter base. Parts
are available. If your is a T/O, replace the fuel pressure switch located
in the filer base. It is round with 2 wires and held in place with round
spring clip. It is a known problem while in service.

Subject: [MV] Fuel Filter for M1028
Importance: High

I just received one of the manifolds/heaters for the fuel on my M1028
(the block that mounts to the firewall). Can anyone tell me what type
of filter goes on this and where one can be obtained?

Thanks.
Chris
