M35 charging problem

I spent much of the day opening ADOBE documents on disk in reference to
problems with the charging system of my truck. Actually only one known
problem, it dosen't want to charge the batteries. I have cleaned and
tightened the battery terminals and related connections all looks okay
there. Both batteries are okay also and fairly new.

I am hoping that the generator or alternator, can't remember which I have
and the books say it could be either is okay along with the voltage
regulator.

My real hope is that there is a circuit breaker/fuse there somewhere which
is the problem. Haven't found one in the books yet that would be the
problem.

All of the lights work properly also. And, I have removed the dash panel
and all of the connections seem to be tight and clean. Everything else in
there is covered with an inch or so of dust, but the connections look good.

Anybody have any ideas as to where a fuse or circuit breaker or fuseable
link would be located that would affect the gen/alt output?

As always, any help is appreciated.
