Got some interesting news the last couple of days from the Air Force Base in
Utah..Hills AFB..
There was a program for Fire Departments to convert the Surplus CUCV's..to
12 volt for them.. It was a joint GM and US Government deal...where a TM was
printed with the instructions..as well as how to install water tanks and
such.. I do not know if it classified or not... It does not say.. BUT - I
"acquired" the section with the instructions on how to do the electrical
modification and do it "factory" !! If anyone want a copy.. I will try to
figure out how to scan it and forward it...Pretty simple modification...Gene
