Looking at the wiring diagram, it looks like the trailer plug just splices into the tail lights. Therefore it is 12v. I don't see any other inputs.

I know that all the lights on the CUCV's are 12 volt. What about the
trailer plug? Is this somehow handled in 24? Or is it 12? If its 12, how
did the Mil use it on their trailers?
