M151 carb - no squirt!?

I noticed that when pumping the carb before starting,
no fuel is squirting out into the venturi area.

Normally, I would know what the problem is, but I
don't quite understand what's up on this Zenith?

Any ideas, suggestions or wanna sell me nuther carb?
