Okay, guys, need your help. I have the opportunity to pick up a -715
for a steal of a deal near me. Condition is very restorable, all the
parts are there. Only bad thing is, no title. Guy bought it from a
government agency a few years back at auction, no title was provided.
He didn't get it from the DoD so no SF97 was provided. Question is,
how hard is it to get a title for an MV that doesn't have one? I live
in Virginia, if that helps answer the question. If it would be hard to
get a title for an MV, could I possible try and title it as a civilian
Gladiator pickup? Any thoughts and help is appreciated.
