I don't know how significant this is but the injection pump, and injection
pump timing are different for this engine with or without the turbo.
Without turbo------ 25 deg btc. (fuel consumption 61 lb/hr)
With turbo---------- 20 deg btc. ( " " 64 lb/hr)
The injection pump differences are probably just internal adjustments.
