That was calculated by yours truly for an article in MVM (Oct, 2001):

Duals, empty: 47 deg (not %)
Duals, loaded: 38 deg

Singles, empty: 40 deg
Singles, loaded: 33 deg

These are theoretical static roll over angles based on location of the
center of gravity.
