Sorry to say the Fassi deal might fall through. Hasn't yet but there is a guy
there with a wad of $100s that would choke a horse. I'm afraid BS walks and
money screams. I don't blame the guy if he does sell it since Mr Moneybags
offered him 4 times what I was paying. I didn't have a truck for it anyway.
We'll see!
