Thanks Stu,
    You have been proven right again! The fuel preasure switch
was the culprit. Replacing it solved the problem.
I left the old filter in place to rule out the possibility of a dirty
filter.
    Note: The instructions specify to use a special tool to insert the
switch, but if you are just carefull and lube up the o-ring with STP, it
slides right in.
