I have a 1952 M-38 that has this numbers or parts of on the front
bumper. I have looked without luck for their meaning. Does anyone have
any ideas or where a person might look (DOD). Thanks Gary

Thought it might be National Guard or Air force. Vehicle is still in its
original military green with white lettering.
