Yeah, Sonny, just ask. It may depend on the contract the restaurant has with
the pick-up service and if you become the only "disposal service" for the
cooking oil, you better be prepared to get all of it.
At last pick-up, the oil was hot and I had to dump it in a metal garbage
can, made a mess driving home :-).
When the oil sits for a few days, the clear oil will be on top, which is
easy to filter cold. The thicker stuff must be heated (about 120 F) before
filtering and processing.

me to come by twice a week. I guess one could judge the quality of the food
by waste cooking oil.
