Any NAPA, Advance Auto, etc... will have one. Just ask for one from a civi
K5 Blazer the same year as yours. Easy R&R. You just have to take the
blower wheel off your old one, put it on your new one, bolt it up, and
reconnect the wiring. It made a HUGE difference in my 1009.
