Peoples,
I'm cleaning up and I have the following WWII item for sale:
It's a NOS cover of some sort (sealed, unopened) with the following
markings:
COVER, PROTECTIVE, INDIVIDUAL
Stock No. 72-C-1000
Contract No. W-36-030-QM 18738
21, May, 1945
On the other side it says:
NOTE: - This cover is to protect
YOU against sprayed blister gases
WHEN READY TO
OPEN PULL HERE
I'm guessing it would be carried by a solider or in a vehicle to protect
against mustard gas.
$20 + shipping.
Regards,
Glen
May the Joys of today be those of tomorrow!
May the goblet of life hold no dregs of sorrow!
