There has been a new RIF (reduction in force) issued for DRMS.. it will
affect up to 50 locations with headcount reductions and closures. For example,
in FL all activity may move to Eglin with the closure of the wonderful DRMO
at Jax. In the Northeast, there is talk of Portsmouth/Kittery closing and
on it goes.. GL has been awarded the scrap contract throughout and will now
be mining the rubble to sell as useable... GL also has a Great Britain
(oxymoron) contract with MOD for disposal...through their parent company...
We should be concentrating on strengthening the GSA sales at the expense of
GL to quell the rumors of GL getting GSA's auction business... End of
