I would advise your buddy to file a stolen property report with the law
enforcement agency having jurisdiction where the truck resided. Then I would
advise him to call the FBI and make a complaint, also. Then a call to his US
Rep and/or Senator's office (even though those scoundrels are on vacation)
to go on record as another dissatisfied customer of Uncles Sam & GL.
