    Oh, BTW, George W. was planning to let some of the strategic reserve
dribble out to help prices due to shut down Gulf platforms, except the oil
was coming out of the Strategic Reserve storage fields in Louisiana. And
unless the pumps and pipelines down there run on candle power instead of
electricity, they are gonna be down for a while....like maybe September
30th.
