Sarge,

You are a good man and a better Friend.... I hope they let you through. They
are saying that unless you have formal Red Cross Disaster Training... they
will not let you pass... I think that might be true if you pulled up with a
trunk-full of water in your SUV.... but they may cut you a break if you have
a load in the back of an M35!!!
