at 1700 EDT pelican tactical operations center (PELICAN TOC) 2 State EOC
diplomat from Spain needs to be picked up and brought to your location via
UH 60 Black Hawk ... He needs to stay there (STATE EOC) awaiting further
transportation eta SEOC 90 minutes....
Couldn't reach any news agencies (including Ryan Gill at CNN) so we are
among the few that know anything about this!
