Send it Parcel Post to the APO/zip code. It is treated as ordinary mail on
this side of the zip code, and is then transferred to military
transportation after it is received at the APO. UPS/FedEx will not deliver
to an APO address.

suggestions on packing or how to ship? I thought I'd send a care package
but I want to make sure it arrives useable. Do you send it Parcel Post or
Airmail? Questions, Questions.
