M1008 Fuel Tank Filler Hose

Howdy,

My fuel tank filler neck hose on my M1008 has developed a leak at or around the spot where it clamps to the fuel tank. I have called several autoparts places and even visited a chevy dealership and just like with the beds, this nice big diameter fuel hose with a right angle bend for diesel chevys is apparently no longer available.

Does anyone have an idea for a source?
