Hi Floyd,
    Hopefully someone can bring you some supplies. In the mean time, you
might consider the following.
Assuming that you have water preasure. The idea is to jury rig a device
that home depot sells. it is a small hose
with tiny little nozles every couple of feet that spray a mist out. You
hang this outside in the shade, or create some
shade with a tarp hanging from the eves out to some poles. Scrounge up a
piece of hose or some tubing
get an ice pick and make some holes in the hose. hook up the hose so
that it is high up and the mist comes down
on you. I can't guarantee the results since I don't know what you have
to work with, but if you can get some of this mist going, it should
bring the temp down as much as 10 degrees, maybe more.
