Sorry, no first hand info with any other than local places here, where, I
scrounged the parts and did it myself.
I'm sure, though, a "google" search would turn up a bunch.
Many of the generator manufacturers offer propane conversions, for their gas
models, so, I'd think they'd sell the parts.
I bought my gen/welder from Miller already set up for propane.
And, converted one of my forklifts with a carb from another of the same
engine size.
You lose some power in the conversion, unless, the engine was built for
propane, though. My welders engine was made for propane, so, the h.p./output
power is the same. Otherwise, I think it's in the 10-20% loss range.
An upside, though, is the oil stays really clean, as do the rest of the
internals.....
You can even make the gas engines "dual fuel", with one carb stacked on
another, so you can run either fuel. Some car conversions come with
stackable carbs....
