The unusual request from Belarus.

    Hallo all.
I did not write long time any news. It was the result unpleasant events in our club. Some from my good familiar know about these events. I want to address to all with the unusual request. I hope it will help with my work and to preservation of military vehicles as a whole.
Our club "Poisk" has no any financing from the state or somebody. We should earn money independently for our work. The state has allowed selling to our club "Poisk" the German military vehicles and their parts (found by us) for this purpose.
We have something for sale and we have the buyer on it. We have agreed with the buyer under the price. We have an opportunity to export item to any country of the World. But, one high-ranking government official has declared, there should be 100 % an advance payment for item before it will leave the country.
I tried to explain a situation, that anyone will not do 100 % an advance payment to Belarus. My arguments have not been accepted.
I ask anyone to write explanations to this official. Why nobody will do an advance payment to Belarus? I ask to send copies e-mails on my e-mail address directly. I hope, I will manage to convince the official with the help of yours e-mails.
I ask to write objectively, it is desirable to write some examples.
    Best regards,
Nikolay Panov.
