Stu,
There's a pipe plug screwed into each side of the block, towards the bottom
edge, above the oilpan gasket surface. Sometimes the block drains are behind
the motormounts. And, of course, there's the radiator draincock. I've seen
draincocks installed in the block drain holes, if there's room.
